All data transmitted between your application and AsiaCloudPower servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Your data is not stored on our servers — all processing is done in real-time.
Every API key is protected with encryption and is never visible in plaintext. We use rate limiting and throttling to protect against brute force attacks and API abuse.
Our servers are hosted in secure data centers with 24/7 physical protection, biometric access controls, and automatic fire suppression systems. We use enterprise-grade firewalls and intrusion detection systems (IDS).
We conduct regular security audits and real-time system monitoring to quickly detect and respond to security threats. Our security team is available 24/7.
In the event of a security incident, our team will execute established incident response protocols. We will notify affected users within 72 hours in accordance with industry standards and Philippine regulations.
